Links are important for your website/blog to have. A link–a backlink, is kind of like receiving a “thumbs-up,” from the online world. And the major search engines like Google and Bing like thumbs. (As long as they’re pointing up!) If you have a lot of thumbs-up…a lot of links coming into your site, it’s usually a good sign in the eyes of the search engines. But, they have to be quality links.
Your website could probably use a few more of them.
Now, there are several other things that your website may need to take it to the next level; getting more links pointing to it is a good start, but it’s not The Answer. (It’s one of them, though.)
